Floral Centerpieces

We provide fresh flower arrangements for all types of events. Styles can range from simple to rustic to glam! Whether your affair consist of 25 guests or 400 guests, we create custom designs to fit your budget & style.

Event Planning & Day of Coordination

This package is perfect for the client that has managed to plan most of the details for their event, but need some assistance with the last minute details and overseeing the coordination of their special day. We begin the process at 2-3 months prior to your event or this package can be added to one of our other decor packages.

Included in this package:

  • Wedding venue Walk Thru

  •  Gathering and reviewing all your vendor contracts

  • Contacting all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery on wedding day

  • Designing floor plan layouts for ceremony and reception

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Coordinate with venue staff & vendors to execute all details before and during the wedding day

  • Creating a detailed time-line for entire wedding day schedule & distributing to necessary parties

  • Organizing the processional and recessional

  • Offering advice on etiquette and protocol

  • Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact for 1-2 weeks leading up to wedding day

  • Limited venue set-up on the day of (favors, seating chart/escort cards, signage, card table, cake table, photos).

  • Vendor and Décor management, transportation management, payment/gratuity distribution, gathering all gifts and valuables and returning them to a designated room or car, ensuring venue is closed according to the contract (Additional Set-Up/Breakdown may require an extra fee)

  • On-Site for up to 8 hours the day of the wedding/event & Full Access to Wedding Emergency Kit
